Peraturan Pemerintah Pengganti Undang-Undang (Perpu) Nomor 2 Tahun 2022 tentang Cipta Kerja
Pemerintah telah menerbitkan Peraturan Pemerintah Pengganti Undang-Undang (Perpu) Nomor 2 Tahun 2022 tentang Cipta Kerja. Pada konteks ketenagakerjaan, Perpu ini merupakan bukti komitmen pemerintah dalam memberikan perlindungan tenaga kerja dan keberlangsungan usaha untuk menjawab tantangan perkembangan dinamika ketenagakerjaan. Menteri Ketenagakerjaan (Menaker) Ida Fauziyah mengatakan bahwa substansi ketenagakerjaan yang diatur dalam Perpu pada dasarnya merupakan penyempurnaan dari regulasi sebelumnya yakni Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2020 tentang Cipta Kerja.
