The Program
Trainees will be developed into professional consultants in one of the following area of expertise:

• HR Management
• Project Management
• Procurement Management
• Marketing Management

The Development Methodology
A proper combination of:

• Self-study
• Coaching by a Mentor
• Attending training courses & workshops
• Desk research activities
• Field research activities
• Special assignments

The Period Of Traineeship

• Master’s degree holder : 12 months
• Bachelor’s degree holder : 24 months

The Candidates
Basic Requirements:

• Male / Female
• High IQ, EQ and SQ
• High achievement motivation
• Master’s degree holder from a reputable institution
• Good English verbal and written
• Age : maximum 27 years
